Utilising a degree in Sport & Exercise Science and years of experience coaching action sports athletes, I fuse data-driven training with real-world results.


Whether you're home for off season or out chasing podiums, my remote coaching model means you get elite-level coaching and testing — anytime, anywhere in the world.


I specialise in injury rehab, return-to-sport strategies, and performance tracking. If you’ve had a nagging issue for years, I’m who athletes come to when nothing else has worked.
